User Notice
Hello. Welcome to MakeFoodSafe.com!
Below are the necessary terms that every lawyer’s website needs to have to get approval for a website. Our website has been developed to comply with the State Bar of Texas, because that is where Jory is licensed and where we hang our hats when we are not traveling all across the United States helping our clients. By reading and using this website, you approve and agree to the following terms and conditions. If you don’t want to approve of these terms and conditions or are unwilling to accept them, that’s ok, but we need to be honest with you – you should stop reading and using this website. We believe in allowing our readers and clients to make their own decisions, that includes whether or not you are ok with our terms and conditions.
The goal of our website is to give you general information about food safety, Legionnaires’ Disease, and The Lange Law Firm, PLLC. Just visiting our website does not establish an attorney-client relationship. Same thing goes for submitting information to us through a contact form. We prefer to get to know you, talk with you about your particular case, and establish an attorney-client relationship in writing for that. We want to get to know you and allow you to get to know us before you decide that you want to hire us. To make it completely clear – we cannot and do not represent you until you (and Jory) have committed your attorney-client relationship in writing with a Retainer Agreement.
Let’s start by telling you that the attorney responsible for the content of this website is Jory D. Lange, Jr. You can read more about Jory here. There is also information about Jory and what he has done throughout the website. We want you to know that his past results are not necessarily a guarantee of future case results. Because every case is different. Results in any case depend on the facts and nuances of the case. But we can guarantee we will work hard for you.
We want you to know that, by just reading what is on this website, that does not mean we have given you legal advice. We would be happy to advise you once you have contacted us, and we are able to learn more about your case. But we do not give out legal advice through this website. Because we believe that we need to know the particular facts of your case before we can give you any advice.
In the course of talking about food safety, this sometimes touches upon medical issues. Alas, we are not doctors or even medical staff. Our mothers may still wish that we had gone to medical school. But we went into law instead. So, our site is not designed to, is not intended to, and does not provide medical advice or professional diagnosis services to anyone. We are not doctors. We cannot and do not give medical advice. The best we can do is to recommend that people consult with their primary care physician or qualified medical personnel (not a website) before making any decisions about their health (or health care). When it comes to making medical decisions for yourself or your family, we recommend that you seek your doctor’s advice.
Privacy
We respect your privacy.
By visiting and using our website, you consent to our privacy policy outlined here. We want you to be aware that this policy only applies to information collected through our website and not information collected offline.
So, unless prompt us to do so, we won’t contact you. However, if you submit contact information to The Lange Law Firm PLLC through our website, social media, or contact forms, we will understand that you want us to respond to you. It is, after all, only good manners to respond.
Other Websites Mentioned
Our website may have articles, links, posts, pictures, and a bunch of other items that may come from other media sources or websites that we think may be helpful to you. We use these items for informational purposes, and to help find other information that may be interesting to you. But these sources are not ours. We cannot claim them. We are not responsible for them. And we do not endorse or sponsor them. Most likely, they may have their own privacy policies and terms for using their websites. We recommend you read those items before you provide any personal information to these websites.

Every case is different. This means that the information on this website may not apply to the facts of your particular situation. Nothing on this website is intended to give you legal advice.
